The 70 rooms are clean and functional whilst the public areas are suitable for large numbers. Consequentially, the hotel can lack the intimate character and atmosphere of a small safari camp or lodge.
The hotel, like most other Serena hotels, is a dependable, mass market choice with pleasant staff, good service and okay food.
The hotel is worth a mention for the single fact that it has a swimming pool with one of the best views anywhere in Africa.
