The camp is well located for viewing the Great Migration during the months of Jan to April, whilst there is also some good resident game throughout the year, particularly cheetah in dry season. The bird life is also good on the nearby forest edge where woodpeckers and brightly coloured kingfishers can often be seen.

In fact one of the distinct highlights of this camp is its remote location which affords visitors a rare opportunity for secluded game drives well away from the normal tourist trail within the Serengeti.

There are twelve luxury ensuite tents which are scattered around the main Kopje and each attended by a personal butler. Each tent offers comfortable beds using quality linens, ensuite bathrooms with hot/cold running water and soft towelling robes. Mains electricity is available within the rooms and private verandas with comfortable furnishings extend in front of each unit.

The dining area, lounge and library are housed in the main public area, which affords wonderful views from its wooden deck. The food is excellent and matched by the service.

The staff can also arrange romantic bush dinners or cocktails on top of one of the nearby kopjes where you can watch the sun go down before driving back to camp.

A genuine luxury camp option which does attract a slightly more elderly market through its parent company A&K.
