A perfect boutique hotel, extremely well placed in front of Table Mountain with views over Capetown towards the Atlantic.

Kensington Place is very well regarded and known as “the coolest bolthole in the Cape”, with a fun and sassy vibe.  It boasts cutting edge, meticulously designed suites with a subtle blend of luscious texture, extreme comfort and all the latest high-tech accessories together with beautiful hand-picked designer furniture.  Each suite has its own private deck with fantastic views over Table Mountain and Capetown. It is situated close to a wealth of bars, restaurants and shops yet retains its exclusivity in the secluded leafy suburb of Higgovale.

Breakfast is served until 1300 hrs and with snack boxes in the rooms and picnics that can be arranged along with day trips and transfers, you will find that the staff aim to make your stay luxiourious and relaxing.  The hotel offers light dining every night and formal dining on three nights of the week.   We find that our guests enjoy this arrangement as it allows them to explore Capetown restaurants and night life and to discover their own favourite places in this vibrant and colourful city bursting with life.

Each of the eight spacious, beautifully designed suites offers twin/king sized beds, laptop and skype phones, electric safes and ipod docking stations, together with complimentary broadband internet, wi-fi access and a DVD and music library, keeping our guests connected and entertained.   All of this adds up to impeccable hospitality and not a surprising accolade from Tatler magazine describing Kensington Place  as “the perfect small city hotel”.
