Yoga is an ideal activity within a safari day. Getting up early to catch the animals as they wake and then off in the afternoons to catch them at the water holes allows for plenty of relaxation during the day. So what better way to stretch those muscles than to roll out the yoga mat. Ask us for advice on where to go if this is a vital part of your day or is something you would really like to add to your safari and beach itinerary.
Whilst gyms are common place at a lot of the beach properties, they tend to be limited to the heavier structured safari camps mainly found in South Africa.
